Music - Movie Sound Tracks
You've Got Mail: Music From The Motion Picture
The latest Tom Hanks-Meg Ryan movie directed by Nora Ephron (Sleepless in Seattle) about two coworkers who hate each other at work and unknowingly fall in love on the Internet features an extremely eclectic soundtrack that's less technologically advanced than its movie's premise.-
The Prince Of Egypt: Music From The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack- songs written by Academy Award winners Stephen Schwartz and Hans Zimmer. Sung by Artists Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, K-Ci & JoJo, Martin Short, Michelle Pfeiffer & Steve Martin.
Chef Aid: The South Park Album
(Television Compilation) [SOUNDTRACK]
- This cd is hilarious, from start to finish, it had me laughin too hard. Though some of the songs do not seem to be South Park related, might have missed those episodes, they are "Sa-Weet". Share it with a friend, and JAM it in your car, house, and anywhere you go... If you do not have it BUY IT
Saving Private Ryan:
- The bombast of the modern soundtrack score doesn't find its way onto John Williams's score for "Saving Private Ryan."This is a sturdy, somber affair. Williams has created a classic war score filled with class and restraint.
City Of Angels (Soundtrack) -
- The movie let me down, but the soundtrack is incredible! I admit. This cd combines many really fantastic artists and makes a great mix of music you'll never get sick of. The popular music is great, and the classical music at the end is great for studying to or as background.
There's Something About Mary (Soundtrack)
- Jonathan Richman literally steals the show on this soundtrack of classic. Ivy, Ben Lee, the Foundations, and the Propellerheads round out the bill, but Richman's three cuts--some of his best yet--act as a Greek chorus to the onscreen antics found in the movie. Great stuff.
Teletubbies: The Album [SOUNDTRACK]
- Teletubbies fans of all ages (whether toddlers, students, ravers, or just plain demented folk) will love the Teletubbies' first full-length album. The set list closely follows the TV show, with dances (Puddle Dance, Twisty Dance, Running Away Dance, Up and Down Dance) & a few skits, such as "Dirty Knees
Living out Loud Living Out Loud: Original Soundtrack Recording
- Queen Latifah steals the show on the "Living Out Loud" soundtrack, performing standards by Billy Strayhorn, Irving Gordon, and others. There's some classic stuff here as well--tracks by Sly & the Family Stone, Dean Martin, and Mel Torme--and Danny DeVito even sings "They Can't Take That Away from Me."
Music From The Sound Track Of 'Mickey One'
Played By Stan Getz Composed By Eddie SauterStan Getz plays a wild mix of Eddie Sauter compositions with some of jazz's finest session musicians. Thoroughly eclectic (it was recorded as the follow-up to Getz's legendary "Focus" album), it's a must for jazz-noir fans
Triology Plays Ennio Morricone Out Of Sight: Music From The Motion Picture Cabaret: The New Broadway Cast Recording King Ubu Louie Bluie: Film Soundtrack
